Booking policies:

• Booking can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours and up to 3 weeks before arrival.
• When booking contact details are required, including a telephone number. In addition it is mandatory by Spanish law to provide personal details of all guests during registration prior to arrival.
• We accept bookings for long-term stays longer than 28 nights: please contact us directly (separate rates apply).

Property policies:

• Check-in from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM. Early arrival or late check-out are possible by prior arrangement.
• Keys will be handed over to guests by a staff member on site.
• Children up to 3 years stay for free when using an available crib.
• Wi-Fi 300 Mbps is available in all rooms and is free of charge.
• Guest parking is located next to the house, under the terrace.
• Pets are allowed.
• Smoking is allowed (with restrictions).
